Job Summary
Dietary Aide responsible for meal preparation, service to residents, and supporting kitchen operations in a long-term care setting. You will prepare meals, snacks, and beverages following facility procedures; serve residents while maintaining strict food safety and hygiene standards; help set up and break down dining areas and assist with kitchen maintenance; track kitchen supplies and food items; stay current on facility protocols and state regulations.
