Job Summary
Assist with meal prep, tray assembly, and food delivery while adhering to sanitation and safety standards. Operate kitchen equipment, clean and sanitize food preparation areas, and manage waste disposal. Help store supplies, maintain dietary tray cards, and communicate effectively with residents, families, and facility staff. Ensure all duties comply with state-specific dietary and nursing home requirements. This role supports the local leadership team in delivering exceptional quality outcomes to residents.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be qualified in accordance with state specific dietary and nursing home requirements (such as certifications, etc.)
Desired Qualifications
- Food service experience is preferred.
