Job Summary
Assist with meal prep, tray assembly, and food delivery while adhering to sanitation and safety standards. Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, clean and sanitize food prep areas, and manage waste disposal. Help store supplies, manage dietary tray cards, and maintain effective communication with residents, families, and facility staff. This role requires a high school diploma, food service experience is preferred, and state-specific dietary certifications. Journey offers medical, dental, and vision insurance, quarterly raises, and PTO.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be qualified in accordance with state specific dietary and nursing home requirements (such as certifications, etc.)
Desired Qualifications
- Food service experience is preferred.
