Dietary Aide

Assist with meal prep, tray assembly, and food delivery while adhering to sanitation and safety standards. Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, clean and sanitize food prep areas, and manage waste disposal. Help store supplies, manage dietary tray cards, and maintain effective communication with residents, families, and facility staff. Requires a high school diploma, food service experience is preferred, and state-specific dietary and nursing home certifications.
