Job Summary
Dietary Aide to join the healthcare culinary team. Assist patients with menu selection and deliver meals accurately and promptly, provide excellent customer service, ensure meals meet diet requirements, prepare cold/hot items and condiments, and adhere to health and safety policies. Collaborate with the dietary team and management to keep operations efficient in a healthcare facility; strong English communication and teamwork are essential; evening/afternoon shift available; prior culinary experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must communicate effectively in English
- Preferred: Culinary experience (cook, commercial kitchen, fast food, hotel operations, healthcare)
- Prolonged standing and walking, ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Background check and drug screen may be required
- Vaccination status or approved exemption may be required in healthcare facilities
