Dietary Aide

Serve meals that are palatable and appetizing while adhering to sanitation, safety, and portion control procedures. Assist in daily cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and washing dishes, then return items to proper storage. Set up meal trays and food carts, deliver them to designated areas, and obtain supplies for the next meal. Works beyond normal duty hours as needed and is subject to call-back during emergency conditions. Attends continuing education programs and follows all directives from the Dietary Director.
