Job Summary
Dietary Aide – Part-Time at Greenwood Center for Nursing and Rehab in Tamaqua, PA. Responsibilities include obtaining and recording food and equipment temperatures, cleaning departmental equipment with proper sanitation, sanitizing food storage and preparation areas, assisting cooks in meal and tray preparation, retrieving and returning tray carts to nursing units, operating dishwashers to ensure sanitation of dishware, and preparing dining rooms for resident meals. Requires ability to work in a team, follow established procedures, and meet basic requirements. Education: High School diploma or GED preferred; must be at least 16 years old.
