Job Summary
Dietary Aide responsible for assisting in all food functions per planned menus, standardized recipes, and special diet orders. Duties include reviewing, preparing, and serving meals and nutritional bedtime snacks; substituting foods as needed; ensuring compliance with sanitary regulations; performing dishwashing and cleaning tasks; delivering snacks, food carts, and trays; serving in the dining room; and sweeping/mopping kitchen areas as instructed by supervisor. Experience in a healthcare facility is preferred but not required. Location: Clinton, Illinois.
