Job Summary
Dietary Aide provides dining services support in a healthcare setting. Responsibilities include maintaining kitchen work areas, cleaning equipment and food service areas, sweeping/mopping floors, washing preparation surfaces, cleaning garbage containers, assisting in food/meal delivery and tray retrieval, operating an industrial dishwasher, preparing coffee/hot water, ensuring liquids are thickened and served at proper temperatures, preparing resident trays with correct diet and liquid thickness, stocking service areas, and breaking down stations at meal end. On-the-job training is offered. Schedule is Monday to Thursday, 12:30pm–9pm. Requires High School Diploma or equivalent.
