Dietary Aide - Fulltime (86719)

Job Summary

Follow the Certified Dietary Manager and state guidelines to ensure food is properly prepared, served to residents, and cleaned up after meals. Assist with food prep and cooking while adhering to universal precautions and regulations. Prepare and serve beverages, set up and pass trays, stock the snack cart, and bus tables and trays. Clean the kitchen work area and perform dishwashing, following proper handwashing guidelines. Additional special projects or tasks may be assigned by the CDM or Executive Director. This full-time role requires a Texas Food Handler Certificate and high school diploma, with commercial kitchen experience preferred.
