Job Summary
Prepare trays and plates following written or verbal instructions while adhering to portion control procedures. Perform routine sanitation duties using required cleaning agents and assemble, operate, and clean dish machines, serving lines, and beverage equipment. Transfer supplies from loading docks to storerooms, assist in inventorying incoming food, and ensure proper storage. Monitor temperature gauges on ware-washing equipment per supervisor schedule and maintain work areas in compliance with OSHA safety standards and universal precautions. Full-time position with medical, dental, vision, and retirement benefits; requires ability to lift 50 lbs and push 200 lbs. Required Qualifications
- Must be able to relate positively and favorably to residents and families and work cooperatively with other associates.
- Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs to waist height and 35 lbs to shoulder height.
- Must be able to push 200 lbs on a cart with casters.
