Dietary Aide (Full-time Evening)

Job Summary
Prepare food trays for general and therapeutic diets, including special diet foods, salads, and desserts. Deliver items to resident care units and carts to patient areas, maintaining a clean, organized tray line. Load and oversee dishwashers, log wash temperatures, and wash specified items by hand. Clean walk-in refrigerators, storage areas, and mop floors as scheduled. Dispose of trash and garbage appropriately. Perform special cleaning duties and assist in unpacking, dating, and rotating food supplies. Maintain infection prevention practices and observe resident safety protocols. Work full-time evening shifts from 12 pm to 8:30 pm, including every other weekend.

Desired Qualifications
