Dietary Aide/Full-Time/All

Assist in preparing and serving meals according to established menus and dietary guidelines, including special diets such as diabetic, low-sodium, or gluten-free. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas, including washing dishes, cleaning tables, and sanitizing equipment while following all food safety regulations. Prepare food trays, deliver meals to residents or patients, and assist with kitchen duties to ensure the efficient operation of meal service. Monitor inventory levels and notify the dietary supervisor when supplies need to be ordered. Provide excellent customer service to residents, patients, and families by responding to questions and special requests promptly. Work closely with cooks, dietary supervisors, and other kitchen staff to support the dietary team. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; previous food service or healthcare experience is preferred but not required, with on-the-job training provided.
