Job Summary
Dietary Aide at Vierra Falls Church (Falls Church, VA) performs meal service and related duties in a healthcare setting. Responsibilities include serving meals per portion-control procedures, ensuring meals are appetizing and served on time, assisting with daily cleaning (tables, meat blocks, refrigerators), sweeping/mopping floors, washing utensils and dishes, keeping the work area clean and hazards-free, setting up meal trays and dining areas, distributing menus, checking dietary trays before distribution, and delivering food carts to designated areas. Must have a high school diploma or GED, maintain a positive attitude and good work ethics.
