Job Summary
Prepare daily meals following planned menus and accommodate special diets and resident needs. Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization while ensuring proper food handling, storage, and temperature control. Assist with inventory, stocking, and other kitchen-related duties in a fast-paced environment. Work collaboratively with the dietary team to support high standards of quality and resident satisfaction. Six months experience in institutional food preparation is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Basic understanding of food preparation and kitchen operations
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices (or willingness to learn)
- Ability to follow menus and special diet instructions

- Six months experience preferably in institutional food preparation or related field
