Dietary Aide FT 1st Shift

Dietary Aide responsibilities include reviewing menus prior to food preparation and inspecting diet trays; completing administrative forms and reports and submitting to the Director of Food Services; coordinating dietary service with other departments; working with the facility's Dietitian, Dietetic Technician and other Supervisors; ensuring dietary procedures follow established policies; assisting in establishing food service production lines to ensure meals are prepared on time; processing diet changes and new diets as received from Nursing Services; performing dishwashing/cleaning procedures; inventorying and storing incoming food and supplies as necessary; and supporting the overall dining experience with attention to nutrition for residents.
