Dietary Aide

Assist with food ordering, storage, and preparation as designated by the supervisor. Prepare and label nourishments according to center procedures, portioning desserts, salads, and beverages while following production and pre-preparation sheets. Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruits; slice meat and measure ingredients for menu compliance and nutrition accuracy. Maintain an attractive and sanitary dining room, meal service, and delivery areas. Clean equipment and work areas after each use, sweep and mop kitchen floors, and manage trash disposal as assigned.
