Dietary Aide with Royal Health in Middletown, RI. Provide resident-centered meals and support dining operations in a skilled nursing facility. Collaborate with the dietitian to implement changes, plate meals attractively, assist with meal service and setup, help with cleaning duties, set up meal trays and dining areas, assist cooks with meal preparation, distribute menus, deliver food carts and trays, perform dishwashing/cleaning, and maintain confidentiality. Must have strong communication, multitasking, and interpersonal skills; prior experience in long-term care or healthcare is a plus; commitment to regular attendance and teamwork in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
