Job Summary
Dietary Aide position in a Skilled Nursing Facility. Responsibilities include understanding and following recipe directions, diet orders, tray cards, and work assignments; preparing food items, serving trays, handling soiled dishes, operating dietary equipment, and cleaning the work area. Must be comfortable with cleaning agents and chemicals and be able to work every other weekend as part of the Dietary Team in a healthcare hospitality setting.
