Prepare food items, serve trays, handle soiled dishes, and clean work areas while following recipe directions, diet orders, tray cards, and work assignments. Operate dietary equipment and perform routine tasks with frequent interruptions, maintaining comfort around cleaning agents and chemicals. Work every other weekend as part of the Dietary Team at a Skilled Nursing Facility.
