Job Summary
Assist in preparing and serving meals according to dietary guidelines; deliver trays to resident rooms and dining areas; follow portion control and sanitation procedures; clean and sanitize workstations, equipment, and dishware; assist with food storage and inventory rotation; provide snacks and hydration as directed; work collaboratively with dietary and nursing staff; must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and be available to work every other weekend.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or healthcare setting a plus
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Must be available to work every other weekend
