Dietary Aide

Serve meals that are palatable and appetizing in appearance, assisting in serving as necessary and on a timely basis. Serve food in accordance with established portion control procedures. Assist in daily or scheduled cleaning duties, including cleaning work tables, meat blocks, refrigerators/freezers, sweeping, mopping floors, and carrying soiled utensils to the wash area. Work full-time at Legend Oaks Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in San Antonio.
