Job Summary
Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages while adhering to dietary guidelines and food safety standards. Deliver meals to residents, accommodating special dietary restrictions and preferences, and maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen environment. Take inventory of supplies, assist with restocking, and support the setup and teardown of dining areas. Stay current on facility-specific procedures and state regulations, and assist with nutrition education programs as needed. Availability to work mixed shifts from 6 AM to 11 PM and every other weekend is required.
Required Qualifications
- COVID-19 vaccination is mandated unless an appropriate medical exemption is provided
- Availability to work mixed shifts (6 AM - 11 PM) and every other weekend is required
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in food service or healthcare settings preferred
