Job Summary
Assist in meal preparation, serving, and delivering meals to residents according to approved menus and dietary specifications. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, kitchen, and equipment while washing dishes and utensils. Ensure proper portion sizes, accommodate special diets and allergies, and manage inventory by stocking supplies and reporting shortages. Follow all safety, infection control, and facility protocols with friendly, respectful interaction during service. Requires physical ability to stand for long periods, lift 25–50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks. High school diploma preferred; previous dietary or healthcare experience and knowledge of safe food handling are advantageous.
