Job Summary
Prepare, serve, and deliver meals to residents while adhering to approved menus, dietary specifications, and safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, kitchen, and equipment by washing dishes and utensils. Assist with inventory management, stocking supplies, and reporting shortages. Ensure proper portion sizes and accommodate special diets, allergies, or texture modifications. Follow all safety, infection control, and facility protocols while providing friendly, respectful interaction with residents during meal and snack service. Requires physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25–50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks. High school diploma preferred; previous experience in dietary services or healthcare preferred.
