Job Summary
Deliver meals to patients in a timely fashion, ensuring each order matches their specific diet requirements. Assist with menu selection, prepare cold and hot items, and manage condiments while maintaining excellent customer service. Collect patient menus and adhere to facility health and safety policies. Support team members and management to keep the department operating efficiently. Full-time and part-time positions available with Day, Evening, and Night shifts. Background check, drug screen, and proof of employment eligibility required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must practice good personal hygiene and be neatly groomed in a uniform
- Communicate effectively in English
- Work well in a team environment
- Must pass a background check
- Must pass a drug screen
- Must provide proof of employment eligibility in the U.S.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to operate equipment necessary to perform essential functions of the job
- Must adhere to the facility's health and safety policies and procedures
Desired Qualifications
- Culinary experience (cook, commercial kitchen, fast food, hotel operations, healthcare)
