Job Summary
Ensure each patient receives an accurate meal matching their order and diet requirements while delivering and collecting menus in a timely fashion. Prepare cold and hot items, condiments, and assist team members to help the department operate efficiently. Adhere to facility health and safety policies and provide excellent customer service to ensure patient satisfaction. This role requires a rotating shift schedule with full-time and part-time options available.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must practice good personal hygiene and be neatly groomed in a uniform
- Communicate effectively in English
- Work well in a team environment
- Must pass a background check
- Must pass a drug screen
- Must provide proof of employment eligibility in the U.S.
- Must be able to operate equipment necessary to perform essential functions of the job
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to perform prolonged standing and walking continuously
- Must be able to perform frequent stooping and bending
