Job Summary
Ensure each patient receives an accurate meal matching their order and diet requirements while delivering and collecting menus in a timely fashion. Prepare cold and hot items, condiments, and assist team members to help the department operate efficiently. Adhere to facility health and safety policies and provide excellent customer service to ensure patient satisfaction. Full-time Sunday through Tuesday shifts available with a background check, drug screen, and proof of employment eligibility required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must practice good personal hygiene and be neatly groomed in a uniform
- Communicate effectively in English
- Must be able to operate equipment necessary to perform essential functions of the job
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand and walk continuously
- Must be able to stoop and bend
- Must pass a background check
- Must pass a drug screen
- Must provide proof of employment eligibility in the U.S.
Desired Qualifications
- Culinary experience (cook, commercial kitchen, fast food, hotel operations, healthcare)
