Dietary Aide

Dietary Aide supports meal service and resident care in a nursing/dining setting. Responsibilities include assembling trays and delivering meal carts to dining areas, maintaining cleanliness and proper waste disposal, delivering and rotating supplies using FIFO, preparing meals following menu and standardized recipes, portioning and serving meals, sanitizing dishes and equipment, and adhering to food safety and resident satisfaction standards. The role emphasizes reliability, consistent attendance, teamwork, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
