Dietary Aide

Ensure safety precautions, infection control policies, and life safety procedures are followed during daily assignments. Prepare food as assigned, assist the cook, and handle storage using proper procedures while honoring resident dietary preferences. Serve meals, clear the dining room, wash dishes, sanitize equipment, and clean work areas including floors, walls, and appliances. Stock the storeroom, distribute snacks to the nursing department, and arrange for family meals with residents. Take out trash and maintain a clean, orderly kitchen environment.
