Job Summary
Maintain kitchen operations by following directions, setting up trays and carts, and preparing meals according to recipes. Bake, grill, steam, and boil various foods while serving and busing trays. Keep work areas clean and safe by handling utensils, equipment, and dishes, and ensure proper storage and sanitation of ingredients. This role supports orderly kitchen flow and requires a high school diploma, one year of food service experience in long-term care, and full COVID-19 vaccination.
