Dietary Aide

Assist the Chef Supervisor with daily meal preparation, including setting up trays, distributing menus, obtaining supplies, and checking diet trays before distribution. Serve food in dining rooms and delivery carts while adhering to portion control and sanitary standards. Perform dishwashing, cleaning duties, and snack preparation as instructed. Ensure utensils are readily available for the next meal and remove trays to the dishwashing area.
