Dietary Aide

Respond to special needs of residents based on age, language, culture, and disabilities. Set up and check resident trays accurately, preparing nourishments that are palatable and appetizing while following portion control and sanitation policies to minimize cross-contamination. Properly set up tray line stations, beverage carts, and special events as assigned. Work at the dish room station, recording dishwasher temperatures, and ensure all equipment, tools, and supplies are stored properly before breaks and end of day. Clean and sanitize all equipment according to policy while following safety procedures and personal protective equipment protocols. Complete assignments within allotted time, adjusting to changes and re-assignments as needed.
