Dietary aide - Casual

Dietary aide responsibilities include assisting with meal preparation and delivery for residents, accommodating special diets and textures, assisting with cleansing/stocking and designated nutrition routines, and ensuring meals are prepared and served in line with nutritional guidelines. Tasks include preparing and delivering attractive meals and nourishments, following safety and infection-control practices, using appropriate PPE, reporting equipment or safety concerns, maintaining stock and inventory, and upholding privacy and confidentiality of health care information. Compliance with WHMIS and Occupational Health and Safety regulations, as well as company policies, is expected, along with participation in required health and safety training and contributing to a compassionate, resident-centered environment.
