Job Summary
Serve meals in accordance with portion-control procedures and assist the Cook in preparing meals as directed. Set up meal trays, food carts, and dining rooms, then distribute and collect menus while delivering carts and trays to designated areas. Perform dishwashing and cleaning duties, including removing food trays from carts and dining rooms to the dishwashing area. Follow safety regulations and precautions at all times. Work part-time shifts from 11:30am to 8:00pm every other weekend. High school diploma required with one year of experience preferred; on-the-job training provided.
