Job Summary
Dietary Aide provides dining room service to elderly residents, sets up dining room portions and desserts, serves meals, ensures residents receive what they order, maintains accurate meal counts and food temperature logs, restocks and sanitizes stations and equipment, keeps dining and kitchen areas clean, follows sanitation and infection-control guidelines, and works as part of a caring team. Training is available for the right candidate; requires good interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and comfort working with elderly residents. Prior kitchen experience is a plus.
