Job Summary
Assist in the preparation and service of meals for patients, employees, and special events according to the Culinary Director's instructions and planned menus. Serve food and snacks while adhering to patient and resident diet orders and food preferences. Utilize proper food handling and safety techniques to ensure meals are completed on time and in accordance with menu and diet requirements. Wash dishes as instructed by the Culinary Director. Perform other assigned duties as necessary. High school education required with preferred experience in food prep within a skilled nursing or term care facility.
