Job Summary
Provide dietary services to residents in a post-hospital rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility. Responsibilities include preparing and restocking drink and hospitality carts, assisting with meal setup and delivery, washing dishes and cleaning kitchen areas, setting up and cleaning dining room tables, supporting stock organization and trash removal, completing daily cleaning assignments, and sweeping/mopping the kitchen before the end of shift. Requires ability to read/write English, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, standing/walking/bending throughout shift, and manual dexterity for kitchen tasks; must tolerate heat, steam, and cold in kitchen areas.
