Dietary Aide

Dietary Aide needed at The Avenue at Brooklyn (Brooklyn, OH) to assist in a hotel-like skilled nursing facility. Responsibilities include preparing and serving meals based on a planned menu, monitoring and supervising dietary aides, opening/closing the kitchen and operating equipment, completing daily cleaning per schedule, recording meal and refrigeration temperatures, preparing supplements and tray items, and other duties assigned by the Dietary Manager.
