Job Summary
Dietary Aide needed to support the dining and kitchen operations in a post-hospital rehabilitation and skilled nursing care setting. Responsibilities include preparing and restocking drink/hospitality carts, assisting with meal setup and delivery, washing dishes, cleaning dining areas, organizing stock and trash removal, completing daily cleaning tasks, and sweeping/mopping the kitchen before shift end. Requires ability to read/write English, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, physical stamina for standing and bending, manual dexterity for kitchen tools, and tolerance for heat/steam/cold in kitchen areas.
