Dietary Aide

Prepare, serve, and store food according to standardized recipes and approved menus while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Perform routine tasks for kitchen and dining area cleanup and sanitation, applying proper food handling techniques to maintain a safe environment. Report any dietary non-compliance, concerns, or patient complaints to the dietician, supervisor, or manager. Adhere to special diet compliance and utilize service methods to ensure quality. High school diploma preferred; ServSafe certification required.
