Job Summary
Follow the Certified Dietary Manager and state guidelines to prepare, serve, and clean dining hall food and dishes. Assist with cooking using universal precautions, stock snack carts, set up trays, and buss tables. Perform dishwashing, clean kitchen work areas, and adhere to handwashing protocols. Complete additional special projects assigned by the CDM or Executive Director. Requires a Texas Food Handler Certificate, high school diploma, and commercial kitchen experience.
