Job Summary
Follow the Certified Dietary Manager and state guidelines to prepare, serve, and clean dining hall meals. Assist with food prep and cooking using universal precautions, stock snack carts, and buss tables and trays. Set up and pass trays for meal service, wash dishes, and clean kitchen work areas while adhering to proper handwashing guidelines. Additional special projects or tasks may be assigned by the CDM or Executive Director. Requires a Texas Food Handler Certificate and high school diploma.
