Job Summary
Greet residents upon arrival and ensure smooth restaurant operations by coordinating with seaters, servers, and kitchen staff. Assist with food preparation, stocking, serving, and post-meal clean-up while guaranteeing adequate nutritional intake for all residents. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the front of house and kitchen, answer phones professionally, and assist in training wait staff. This full-time role includes 40 hours per week with a $16–$21 hourly wage commensurate with experience. Located at Linden Ponds by Erickson Senior Living in Hingham, Massachusetts, the position supports a vibrant lifestyle for our 27,000 residents.
Required Qualifications
- Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Flexible with schedule, available to work some weekends and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a food service environment is preferred
