Job Summary
Dietary Aide responsible for preparing, serving, and cleaning up meals for residents in the nursing center; maintain an attractive, sanitary dining room and ensure quality food service and nutrition care in accordance with Federal, State, and Local regulations. Shift is 6am-2:30pm on a 4 on 2 off rotation; duties include dining room upkeep, meal service, and delivery in the healthcare setting. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- One year’s work in a large-scale cooking operation, preferred
