Job Summary
Assist the Food Service team with all aspects of food delivery, including preparing, cooking, and baking according to special diet orders. Set up tables, take orders, serve food and beverages, and maintain a clean and sanitary work area by bussing, sanitizing, and washing dishes. Review work orders and menus to determine food quantities, prepare advance items, and transport hot and cold foods between the kitchen and dining areas. Follow all federal, state, and ServSafe regulations while maintaining required documentation for food, freezer, and refrigerator temperatures.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a minimum of a high school diploma or GED
