Dietary Aid

Assist with food preparation by washing, peeling, and cutting fruits and vegetables while preparing meals according to established recipes and guidelines. Operate kitchen equipment including ovens, stoves, and dishwashers, and maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment adhering to sanitation and safety standards. Support serving and plating food, deliver meals to patients, and monitor inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to report discrepancies to the Dietary Manager. Collaborate with the dietary team to plan and prepare special events and functions. This role requires a high school diploma, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and basic knowledge of food safety practices.
