Diet Worker-Wakefield U performs a variety of food service activities including preparing, pouring, and portioning food, delivering meals to patients, and washing pots. Maintains cleanliness of work area and equipment; sets up tray line and ensures timely plating of all meals; delivers accurate and complete meal trays to patients following dietary guidelines and restrictions; maintains sanitation and safety procedures; assists with restocking and communicates with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth meal service operations. Requires ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English, attention to dietary accuracy, and the physical ability to lift/carry up to 25–30 lbs.
