Job Summary
Assist with meal service under supervision of the Chef, Dining Room Manager, and/or Culinary Services Director. Perform all assignments prior to dining room opening, including set-up, ensuring residents are comfortable and catered to. Understand daily menus, answer resident questions, and keep snack areas stocked and tidy. Engage with tours and the sales team to offer the best possible first impression. Complete monthly in-service education hours as required by state regulations and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience and passion in working with seniors
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in assisted living or another long term care setting
