Required Qualifications
- Proven experience (4 years preferred) as an Auto Mechanic, Truck Mechanic, or a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic components of both light-duty vehicles and heavy-duty diesel trucks.
- Demonstrated proficiency with advanced diagnostic tools and the ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Ability to learn and effectively use various computer programs, including shop management and fleet maintenance software.
- Valid driver's license required; a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is a significant plus.
Desired Qualifications
- ASE Certifications (especially in Diesel Engines, Brakes, Electrical/Electronic Systems, and HVAC)
